I understand that I am entering into a monthly subscription for the product that I am purchasing from ForexAiPro LLC and that at any time I can cancel my subscription, by myself, through the account that is provided to me by Forex Ai Pro at Forexaipro.com/my-account/subscriptions

In addition to affirming my purchase, I am also affirming, by this document, that I have read, I understand, and I agree with the Forex Ai Pro Refund Policy as outlined below.

Forex Ai Pro Refund Policy

Initial Purchase

I understand that Forex Ai Pro offers customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the initial purchase of any of the Forex Ai Pro products. The customer must make the request within seven (7) days from the date of the initial purchase. No refunds will be given otherwise for any reason.

Forex Ai Pro maintains a "no questions asked" policy for refunds.

However, I agree to consider providing feedback to the company, if asked, as to the reason for the refund request and understand that no such data will affect my refund request. The feedback I provide is for internal use only and will also not be shared or sold to any third parties.

I understand that the following is the process for a refund.
• I must contact the Support Department to begin the refund process.
• As soon as the Accounting Department receives the ticket, a full refund will be created by the Accounting Department within three (3) business days from the date requested.
• Refunds may take longer than three days to reach my bank or credit card, as there are issues that may cause a delay beyond the control of Forex Ai Pro.

Monthly Subscription

I understand that Forex Ai Pro subscriptions rebill on the same day of every month. For example, Jan 3, Feb 3, March 3, etc. I understand that Forex Ai Pro does not offer refunds on recurring monthly subscription fees as there are high costs to provide the service which are charged to the company, whether it is the 1st of use or the 30th.

Grace Period / Loss of Product Access

I understand that there is a 48-hour grace period after each billing cycle. I understand that 2 days, or 48 hours, after the first attempt to bill my specified payment method, if the payment is not successful, the product will be made inaccessible to me.

I understand that it is my responsibility to maintain updated billing information and to regularly verify that my correct email is in my account so that I can get notifications about my order status.

I understand that loss of services, due to failure to pay, may result in my broker account having open trades that would need to be manually closed by myself and I release and hold harmless Forex Ai Pro LLC, its release and hold harmless Forex Ai Pro LLC, its affiliates, employees, and owners for losses of any kind, due to the loss of services due to non-payment, or failure to rebill properly within the grace period.

Cancellation

The customer can cancel a subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged, I understand that I must cancel the subscription at least three full days before the next billing date.

I also understand that if I fail to cancel three days before the last day of the subscription, it may result in 1 additional month of subscription with no possibility of a refund.
